Tuesdays Fast Flow Yoga
This is a 40-minute class to wake you up in the morning, get the juices flowing and start your day right. It is suitable for students with some experience of Yoga as we will flow through the postures together.
Fridays Slow Flow
This is a 40 minute Flow class to move the body. Suitable for students who have already attended my beginners course, Sunday classes or with some experience of Yoga as we will be flowing through the postures together. It is a slower paced flow than Tuesday morning.
Sundays Gentle Hatha
Sundays Gentle Hatha is the best class to help you unwind after a busy week and rejuvenate fully to start Monday fresh. This is a mixed level class which is suitable for beginners. Hatha means Sun and Moon. So this class is all about finding the balance between light and dark, mentally and physically.
Zoom is an interactive meeting space, through which you can take a live class. Students with a web camera on will be seen by the teacher while they practice and receive feedback, as if the instructor was right there in their living room. Once enrolled in the online class you will need to setup Zoom on your computer or phone.
Feel free to email with any questions - I promise you don’t have to be a tech genius to figure it out - I'm definitely not! If you have booked onto the Unlimited Classes package then you will be emailed all classes each week so you don't have to worry about booking individually.
