About Orlaith
Orlaith is a Yoga Teacher based in Ireland. She has been practicing yoga for the last 10 years and completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. She originally trained as a Dancer and Actor obtaining a BA Hons in Theatre and Dance from London Studio Centre. As well as performing, she teaches dance and drama classes to children and young adults.
