Green Goddess Juice


This green juice is one of my go-to's if I feel I need a good immune boost. I don't own a juicer myself so I throw it all in the food processor but it does the job for me anyway. I usually use fresh spinach but you could use frozen too. If there is any juice leftover I store it in the fridge to have some the next day. I also think it's a great juice for when my skin is acting up and I need a little bit of a glow!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 a cucumber

  • 2 celery stalks

  • a handful of spinach or kale

  • 2 apples

  • juice of one lime

  • a spoon or two of frozen blueberries, strawberries or banana (optional)


Method

  • Chop all the ingredients and add to a food processor or juicer.

  • Peel the apples if going into processor.

  • Pulse until smooth.

  • Serve with ice or add some extra frozen fruit to keep it cool.
