This green juice is one of my go-to's if I feel I need a good immune boost. I don't own a juicer myself so I throw it all in the food processor but it does the job for me anyway. I usually use fresh spinach but you could use frozen too. If there is any juice leftover I store it in the fridge to have some the next day. I also think it's a great juice for when my skin is acting up and I need a little bit of a glow!
Ingredients
1/2 a cucumber
2 celery stalks
a handful of spinach or kale
2 apples
juice of one lime
a spoon or two of frozen blueberries, strawberries or banana (optional)
Method
Chop all the ingredients and add to a food processor or juicer.
Peel the apples if going into processor.
Pulse until smooth.
Serve with ice or add some extra frozen fruit to keep it cool.
